Unbelievable data from Venezuela's Presidential election with a Russian smack

Without any doubt: The official data from the Presidential Elections in Venezuela were fabricated

At last, I unearthed official preliminary data on the number of votes in the Venezuelan Presidential election. We heard of percentages obtained from 80% of tallying sheets two days ago, but there goes the number of votes. Her Majesty Raw Data.

Without any doubt: THE OFFICIAL DATA WAS FABRICATED.

It is so improbable, that the only real explanation for such a set of numbers is that they were reverse-engineered to fit predefined outcomes.

🚀 For illustration: if an astronaut orbiting over Moscow (area - 2.5 thousand sq. km) ditches a can of beer to a rubbish dump with sides 5 by 5 metres (area - 25 sq. m), located near the monument to the Conquerors of Space in the North-east of the city, then Maduro is the President of Venezuela beyond any doubt. 🗑️

You may remember how Putin's results were rigged in the occupied territories of Ukraine in March of 2024. (see https://x.com/romanik_/status/1770050524479361390 )

There, the raw data was not statistically random as the results of free and independent actions of hundreds of thousands of citizens are supposed to be. The "results" were not output, but they were predetermined input, target totals to which the "initial" data were adjusted.

In other words, the percentages were not the results of calculations based on the number of votes, but the numbers of votes were calculated to get the desired resultant percentages.

The same thing happened now in Venezuela.

Although the website of the National Electoral Council - that's the name of Venezuela's CEC – is dead: http://cne.gov.ve.

But there is an official announcement by the CEC of the results after the "counting" of 80% of the precincts: https://youtube.com/watch?v=pB7g4y4M4s8.

The numbers are confirmed by a BBC publication: https://bbc.com/mundo/articles/cn38n9knl3no , as well as by a tweet from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil Pinto: https://x.com/yvangil/status/1817787106237743565.

In Venezuela, invalid ballots are not taken into consideration while determining the results, so we can ignore them.

As a result, we get that the number of votes announced by the CEC gives an incredibly accurate hit on the targets of 51.20000%, 44.20000%, and 4.60000% respectively.

The probability of such an event for one candidate: one ten-thousandth = 1/10,000.

In the announced sample, the probability of such a coincidence is the product of probabilities of all statistically independent values, i.e. one hundred millionths (in this case, we have two statistically independent values in the set of three).

If you pick out the correct grain of sand (1 mg) in a hundred-kilogram pile of sand in one single stroke, you will repeat the Venezuelan Electoral Commission's mind-blowing feat.

Or, if you let me repeat myself:

🚀 if an astronaut orbiting over Moscow (area - 2.5 thousand sq km) ditches a can of beer to a rubbish dump with sides 5 by 5 metres (area - 25 sq m), located near the monument to the Conquerors of Space in the North-east part of the city, then Maduro is the President of Venezuelans beyond any doubt. 🗑️

If you don't have real-life experience with precision dumping from space, the attached video will give you a vague idea of what 1/100 000 000 probability is.
